The following agreement defines the responsibilities, relationships, expectations of our arrangement.
The purpose of the Outdoor Business Pros is to help and support RV park, campground, and glamping destination owners, operators, managers and staff to take control of their marketing, operations, finance, and business processes. ALL EFFORTS, INTENTIONS, DECISIONS AND ACTIONS ARE FOCUSED ON THIS GOAL.
This agreement is made by and between Campground Views,LLC of 514 E Grand Ave 405, Laramie, WY 82070 as the promoter and owner of Outdoor Business Pros (“Summit”) and the paying vendor (“Vendor”).
Purpose and Term
This agreement sets the terms of a vendor agreement between the Vendor and Summit.
Nature of Relationship
By agreeing to engage with the Outdoor Business Pros you are conveying your agreement with the above stated purpose and willingness to support that goal. Our firm, like yours, depends on a vibrant and financially sound Outdoor Destination Industry. It behooves all of us to support this industry and the goals of the Outdoor Business Pros.
The Outdoor Business Pros is produced and is a wholly owned entity of Campground Views, LLC. Campground Views, LLC is a Wyoming LLC that also owns and operates CampgroundViews.com, the RV Park/ Campground Owners and Managers Operations & Marketing Forum Facebook Group, and the Get into the RV Park and Campground Business Group Facebook Group. The Outdoor Business Pros is presented by CampgroundViews.com.
As a vendor you are purchasing access that grants you access into the Outdoor Business Pros allowing for interaction with all other attendees of the training. Your vendor relationship is with the platform and does not imply or create any relationship or access to any other brands or businesses operated by Campground Views, LLC. Likewise by agreeing to be a vendor at the Outdoor Business Pros you are not granting Campground Views, LLC any rights or privileges to use your brand, collateral or materials outside of the Outdoor Business Pros without the expressed written permission of you or your organization.

Purpose of the Event
As we exit this unprecedented global pandemic the Outdoor Destination Industry is uniquely situated to recover relatively quickly. The key factor in this recovery relies upon the Outdoor Destination operators and their ability to adjust operations, marketing, and customer service to a changed world. Our internal polling has shown that 60% of destinations are either struggling or in serious financial troubles. In addition our external polling shows that the consumer has changed perceptions and needs for outdoor travel this year.
Your Role and Access
We view you as an integral part of this industry. Your products, services, knowledge and experience will add significant value to the entire program and attendees. As a vendor you are invited and encouraged to take part in all aspects of the training. You may never know when your advice, tips or network can help another attendee to make a breakthrough decision.

Summit has a secondary platform utilizing 3rd party software should the primary platform fail and will communicate that as necessary with all attendees, vendors or partners should the need arise.

License of Content
By entering any content including, but not limited to, text, photos, pdf files, videos, and statements into the virtual summit at any domain related to outdoorbusinesspros.com Vendor grants Summit a perpetual, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive right and license to display and distribute this content.
Vendor can request removal of any content in relation to their interaction in the program in writing via email by sending such a request to [email protected]. Summit will make reasonable efforts to remove that content within a reasonable time. Such removal does not guarantee that the content has not been copied, shared or duplicated by any party, web spider, or other third party.
Code of Conduct
The Outdoor Business Pros is unique in that you will have full access to all areas of the experience. As part of this unfiltered access we are setting a simple code of conduct… There is a strict no spam rule; the first time you will receive a warning the second time you and your entire team will be removed from the summit. Please don’t take advantage of this experience to start posting sales and marketing posts where they are inappropriate for the location or conversation. Primary reasons for withholding a refund would be acts violating our code of conduct, efforts to reverse engineer our software or processes, actions detrimental to the Summit, or any other activities generally viewed as unethical or counter to the goals of the Summit.
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial [or other] Arbitration Rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
This Agreement and the rights of the parties hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming including all matters of construction, validity, performance, and enforcement and without giving effect to the principles of conflict of laws. Any action brought by any party hereto shall be brought within the State of Wyoming, County of Albany.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all other prior agreements and understandings, both written and oral, between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof.
The Outdoor Business Pros has a NO REFUND policy for attendees or vendors.

Attendees will adhere to a strict policy of entering and participating with good faith. Any attendee working to reverse engineer, undermine or in some other way ruin the experience will be immediately removed from the platform.
