If I am building and already own the land, what are my financing options? Are there any governmental programs that might be available to assist in procuring funds (e.g. – SBA or USDA?)

Does having a lake onsite greatly increase insurance costs? Would having a live music space and bar greatly increase insurance costs? Is there some sort of average insurance cost per site or overall ballpark?
What is borrower’s equity percentage requirement for a loan? (e.g. – if land is owned and valued at $500k, what loan amount could be procured?)
What a great session! Mark, thank you for bringing these great experts together.

NFPA 1194 is available at a DISCOUNT through SOME state associations.
